The tax conversation
Depending on how the activity is classified, eligible owners may be able to deduct the business-use share of certain expenses, including loan interest, insurance, storage, maintenance, management fees, and depreciation.
The RV payment itself is not automatically deductible. Personal use, business-use percentage, basis, passive-activity rules, and other limits can change the outcome.

Yes. It remains your RV. Personal-use dates should be blocked before renter reservations are confirmed.
Owner payouts are sent after completed rentals according to the payment schedule in your management agreement.
