Put in wheel chocks on passenger side of camper
Make sure camper level side to side with 4x8x4 under tire FOR SIDE TO SIDE LEVELING
Plug in power and turn breaker on
Put stabilizers down (Front and Back) THESE ARE FOR STABILIZING NOT LEVELING
Put slides out
Connect water hose with pressure reducer and turn on (if applies)
Connect septic hose (if full hookup leave handles closed)
Turn on propane - confirm 1 tank is at least 3/4 full if not swap with spare
Add 1 gallon of water and septic tab to toilet
Make sure at least 1 roll of toilet paper
Turn inside fridge on
Turn water heater on
Check kitchen sink and bathroom sink to make sure water is flowing
Test stove top to make sure gas is on
Turn air conditioner on (if applies)
Check to make sure clean overall, inside fridge-freezer, drawers, cabinets, beds
Turn outside light on (in case renter show up when dark)
Turn outside fridge on (if applies)

*Confirm Camper is level side to side and front to back
*Confirm black and grey tanks are empty
**Confirm camper is clean!! Number one complaint for renters is campers being dirty and septic not empty
Confirm water if flowing from kitchen sink, shower, toilet, bath sink, outdoor sink if applies
Confirm power is on and fridge, a/c, etc work
Confirm fire extinguisher charged
Test smoke alarm
Test C02 detector
LEAVE CAMPER UNLOCKED
Lock outer compartments, including exterior kitchen (if equipped)
check water heater to make sure it's getting hot or you hear the burner assembly on
Place keys in bumper behind rubber cover or if no bumper behind water heater access panel
