I claimed the deposit (and messaged the renter via the platform to have it documented that i was doing so WITH the reason) as this is REQUIRING AN INSURANCE CLAIM (keep in mind insurance claims have to be started within 48 hours of return, a credit card processing fee will be deducted and security deposit will be held by Fireside until insurance claim is finalized and approved then released to repair shop or approves party. If you want more control over this please collect deposit outside of wheelbase/RVShare in your own merchant account)
