A -RV Return Inspection Addendum

This agreement constitutes a contract between renter, and RV Manager, Fireside RV Rental Franchisee aka (FRANCHISEE).

This Addendum Form must be completed within 48 hours of the return time on the reservation and used when you find additional damage after the return inspection was already completed.

INSURANCE CLAIM – Insurance claim needs to be filed please CLAIM deposit. (If body damage, awning damage, roof damage these will almost always be insurance claims. Insurance claims must be STARTED within 48 hours of return)

NO DAMAGES – No damages or missing items or repairs or extra fee’s to submit (outside or generator or mileage fee’s)
