INTERIOR – Look for damages or area requiring cleaning *

Kitchen

Wipe surface of all cabinets

Kitchen sink, faucet, stove top, oven, range hood, and microwave final wipe with windex

Fridge & Freezer – all doors and bins removed & everything wiped clean (magic eraser when necessary)

Counter wiped clean

Hand Soap

Spray bottle of cleaner

1 bathroom trash can

1 large trash can (in large units only)

Kitchen trash bags (only stock for airport deliveries)

Small trash bags (only stock for airport deliveries)

Check ALL cabinets and drawers, wipe down & vacuum inside of drawers and shelves.

Make sure to discard all misc items previous renter leaves behind like plastic silverware, napkins, condiment packages, cleaning supplies, etc.

Bathroom

Shower – clean and rinse. Windex doors if glass

Sink – clean and final wipe down with windex

Wipe all switches and handles

Toilet – clean inside AND outside of bowl, including all around the toilet to the floor

Wipe out inside of cabinets, dust window sill

Bedroom

Remove mattress cover & lightly vacuum mattress if needed

Wipe down window sills, TV, light switches & any other surface

Check every cabinet & drawer for trash, wipe out, vacuum when needed

Over Cab Bunk

Vacuum mattress

Lift up mattress and clean & vacuum underneath, check for leftovers from previous renters

Wipe down surfaces

All other areas

Wipe down all window sills and tops of valances – vacuum when necessary

All cabinetry all all sides of furniture wiped down

Vacuum around all baseboards, under furniture around cabinets etc

Windex any mirrors or surfaces that need it

Sweep/Vacuum/Mop all floor area

Exterior checklist

Exterior compartments clean and empty of renter items

Quick wipe on tires and entry steps with Armor All

Wipe down inside of RV door, handle, window and screen

Extras

** Summertime, if RV goes back out in 24 hours leave fridge on

** Wintertime turn on furnace and make sure its functioning

RV handbook accounted for
